The Best French Onion Soup

Fixings:

4 tbsp. margarine
3 enormous white onions, daintily cut into half moons
2 tbsp. universally handy flour
Fit salt
Newly ground dark pepper
1/2 c. white wine
2 c. low-sodium chicken stock
4 c. low-sodium hamburger stock
8 branches new thyme, in addition to something else for embellish
8 roll cuts
1 c. ground Gruyère

Guidelines:
In an enormous pot over medium-high hotness, dissolve margarine. Add onions and cook, blending every so often, until profoundly brilliant, 25 minutes.
